One day Al was playing at a party which he normally would not have done, and I was there and had my bass which I normally would not have had, he asked me to play on a song, we had a great time, by the end of the night I had been added to the tour. Now, I'm here.
The plane made an uneventful trip across the Atlantic and we are settled into the hotel. My bass (a FINE instrument from frettedfriends.com) survived perfectly so all that is left to do is start playing tomorrow night.
The one snafu here is the English internet. I had no idea what our English friends go through with British telecom. It AIN'T pretty. Don't worry though, as I'll have enough pictures and video to create a cyber masterpiece guaranteed to irritate even the most die hard fan of Aunt Millie's Florida vacation 2-day slide show (the one the CAT hides from).
